• Users: this component stores personal details, usernames and passwords.
  
• Abstracts: this feature offers to ability to submit an abstract with categories such as: title, actual abstract, contact and address details, mode presentation, language, descriptors, etc. Please note: we will customise the abstract form to suit you conference requirements.
  
• Functionality:
  
  • Administration secure login (username and password) to assign usernames and passwords to those submitting abstracts. You can also choose to accept or reject abstract submissions; plus, view a list of all abstracts accepted or rejected.
    
  • User secure login (username and password) to submit, view and edit an abstract.
    

Once a conference is complete we will download the database and supply you with the abstracts to be compiled and published.

We are also in the process of developing an interface that will allow anyone to search and retrieve information from your abstract archive - i.e. this becomes a research tool and adds content to your website.
