Installing via website address



Important: if you are installing an upgrade always make a backup of your data prior to installing - see link below for more details about backing up. Logos Flow™ is not responsible for your data.

Installing via website address

  1. make sure you close the product on your computer (if you have a previous version)
  2. go to the website address provided to you
  3. a dialog box appears asking if you would like to Open or Save the file to your computer: click the Save option - save the file to a folder on your computer (i.e. My Documents)
  4. once the file is downloaded, locate the file (i.e. in My Documents) and double-click (see note below if the file is in a compressed format, i.e. zip)
  5. follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation
  6. open the product - either via your Desktop or Start then Programs

Microsoft® Access Runtime

  • Logos Flow™ products integrate with Microsoft® Office 2000/2003/2007/2010 and require Microsoft® Access. If you do not have Microsoft® Access you do not need to purchase it as Logos Flow products function with Microsoft® Access Runtime. This is available via a website download - see link below. Alternatively, if downloading is not an option, we supply the Runtime via CD (package and postage costs will apply).
  • Microsoft® Access Runtime 2010: all new and upgraded Logos Flow products are developed for Microsoft® Access 2010. If necessary, we will support previous versions of Logos Flow products but upgrading is normally the best option.

Setup notes

  • While the setup is running, you will be asked where you would like to install the product - always install to the default folder (c:\DataFlow\xxx) .
