This service has been upgraded and now offers:

• Two types of login. This means more than one person from your organisation can have a seperate login:
  
  • Main: a primary login access to all services, downloads, projects, etc.
    
  • Associated: a secondary login that can be set to hide the Product / Services which means that downloads, licensing, etc. can be hidden if required.
    
• Support Chat: real time chat to whoever is logged in and arrange a support chat.
