INTRODUCTION
Thank you for your interest in this product - we are confident that it will assist in improving your information management requirements. Note that Logos Flow develops a variety of products and you are invited to view these on our website (www.lflow.co.za) or email us with any queries (info@lflow.co.za). It is strongly advised that you become familiar with the way in which this product functions before attempting any large tasks. Before installing please read sections 'Software License and Limited Warranty' and 'Installation'.

SOFTWARE LICENCE AND LIMITED WARRENTY
This is an agreement between you, the end user, and Logos Flow. By using this software, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. PROMPTLY REMOVE IT FROM YOUR COMPUTER.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Logos Flow, as Licensor, grants to you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive right to use this software program (hereinafter the "Software") in accordance with the terms contained in this license. You may use the Software on a single computer.
2. OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE. Logos Flow retains the copyright, title and ownership of the SOFTWARE and the written materials regardless of the form or media in or on which the original and other copies may exist. You may make one (1) copy of the SOFTWARE solely for backup purposes. You must reproduce and include the copyright notice on the backup copy.
3. TRANSFERS. You may physically transfer the SOFTWARE from one of your computers to another provided that the SOFTWARE is used on only one (1) computer at a time.
4. TERM. This License is effective from the date you install the SOFTWARE. This License will terminate automatically without notice from Logos Flow if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. Upon termination you shall destroy the written materials and all copies of the SOFTWARE, including modified copies, if any.
5. LIMITED WARRANTY. Logos Flow warrants the media on which the SOFTWARE is furnished to be free of defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of thirty (30) days following the date of delivery to you. In the event of defects, Logos Flow's sole liability shall be to replace the defective media which has been returned to Logos Flow or the supplier.
6. THIS SOFTWARE AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATAION (INCLUDING INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, FURTHER, LOGOS FLOW DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF USE, OF THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS, OR OTHERWISE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ASSUMED BY YOU. IF THE SOFTWARE OR WRITTEN MATERIALS ARE DEFECTIVE YOU, AND NOT LOGOS FLOW OR IT'S DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES, ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
7. THE ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, THAT IS MADE BY LOGOS FLOW, ON THIS LOGOS FLOW PRODUCT. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY LOGOS FLOW, ITS DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS WARRANTY AND YOU MAY NOT RELY ON ANY SUCH INFORMATION OR ADVICE. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
8. NEITHER LOGOS FLOW NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION OR DELIVERY OF THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH PRODUCT EVEN IF LOGOS FLOW HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Should any other warranties be found to exist, such warranties shall be limited in duration to ninety (30) days following the date of delivery to you. In no event will Logos Flow's liability for any damages to you or any other person exceed the amount paid for the license to use the SOFTWARE.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
You will need a system that runs Microsoft Windows(r) 2007 or later version adequately.
You will need a legal copy of Windows(r) 2007 or later version.
The preferred display setting for this database is configured for High Colour, 1366x768 pixels (use 'Control Panel' to change your display setting if necessary).

INSTALLATION
This depends upon how you received the product, see below for setup.
-> Via CD: insert disk into drive, from 'Start' on the Windows taskbar (bottom of your screen), select 'Start', then 'Run', then type 'd:\setup.exe' (where 'D' is your CD drive label) and follow the on-screen instructions.
-> Via email / FTP: extract (using WinZip) the 'setup.exe' file to a folder on your computer and run it.
It is strongly advised that you keep the default folder suggested (c:\DataFlow\CmdH).
This product integrates with Microsoft(r) Office 2013 and requires Microsoft(r) Access version 2013 (32bit). If you do not have Microsoft(r) Access 2013 contact Logos Flow and we will arrange a runtime version which will let you run this product. This is normally a download but can be supplied on CD (package and postage costs will apply).

STARTING
Password: you will be supplied with a password.
Manual start: from 'Start' on the Windows taskbar (bottom of your screen), select 'Start', then 'Run' and type: 'c:\DataFlow\CmdH\cmdh_p.accde'.
Create a desktop icon: open the folder storing the product ('c:\DataFlow\CmdH'), right-click the file called 'cmdh_p.accde' and select 'Send To', then 'Desktop (create shortcut)'.
