TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This is an agreement between you, the end user, and Logos Flow. By using this software, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Logos Flow, as Licensor, grants to you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive right to use this product (hereinafter the "product"), which includes all files in this folder and sub-folders, in accordance with the terms contained in this license.
2. OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCT. Logos Flow retains the copyright, title and ownership of the SOFTWARE and the written materials regardless of the form or media in or on which the original and other copies may exist. The client retains the data (i.e. information entered by the user of the product).
3. TERM. This License is effective from the date you agree to use the product. This License will terminate automatically without notice from Logos Flow if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. Upon termination you will not have access to the product; however, your data will be forwarded to you (an additional cost might be levied for this).
4. THIS PRODUCT AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATAION (INCLUDING INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, FURTHER, LOGOS FLOW DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF USE, OF THE PRODUCT OR DOCUMENTATION IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS, OR OTHERWISE.
5. THE ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, THAT IS MADE BY LOGOS FLOW, ON THIS LOGOS FLOW PRODUCT. NEITHER LOGOS FLOW NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION OR DELIVERY OF THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH PRODUCT EVEN IF LOGOS FLOW HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The preferred display setting for this database is configured for High Colour (16 bit), 1024x768 pixels (use 'Control Panel' to change your display setting if necessary).
