Explanation: if you are using the WYSIWYS Editor and would like to Copy and Paste text from a word processor such as Microsoft Word® then it is advisable that you Paste only the text in the Item Description. The reason for this is your website is based on a style sheet which determines layout, font, etc. If you paste directly into the Item Description from a product like Word then the formatting of the Word document will be kept - this will effect how the content appears on your website.

First Copy the text (i.e. form Word) and right-click in the space below to Paste the text. You can do a basic layout - such as paragraphs, etc. - and then Copy and Paste into the Item Description.
